Schedule E-waste Pick

    Sanjari Computers believes in providing the best service possible to its customers. It is therefore implementing a user-friendly refund and cancellation policy. This policy states:

    • Requests for cancellation are only accepted when they are received within two hours after the date of placing your order. After that time there is no guarantee that cancellation requests will be accepted under any circumstance. It is also not possible if the purchase is already shipped, processed, or packed to the vendor/merchant or is in the process of shipping.
    • Sanjari Computers does not accept cancellation requests for Add-ons and additional accessories after the order has been placed.
    • If you receive defective, damaged or non-working products Customers must submit the problem to the Customer Service Team within 7 days from receiving the item. The claim will be considered valid only following examination and verification by our merchant/vendor staff.
    • If the product delivered is identified as damaged, defective or is significantly in contrast to the description, Sanjari Computers will provide a replacement item under the 7-day Replacement Policy.
    • Damaged products caused by physical, misuse or liquid damage, an electrical surges, unauthorised repair attempts or handling by the consumer are not qualified for repair or replacement.
    • Refunds will only be granted in very limited, exceptional circumstances that are approved by Sanjari Computers management. In these cases there is a 10% non-refundable processing cost that will be subtracted from the amount of the invoice to pay for the unavoidable costs of payment gateways and operational management, coordination of logistics and processing costs incurred during processing of the order.
    • Sanjari Computers does not provide refunds under any circumstance. Only replacement requests will be accepted within the replacement timeframe.
    • Items that are personalised or imprinted, customized, or created specifically for the buyer. They are sold as ex-factory items and claims for damages during transport or loss of goods. (if any) are to be made with the transporter or courier and will be handled according to the procedure of the courier. (The shipping may be insured, if asked by the customer, but costs must be paid for by the purchaser.)
